The Bay Area CBT Center offers workshops and webinars to clinicians who specialize in evidence-based treatments. These workshops are designed to provide education and tools to health practitioners who are pre-licensed and licensed. Our courses meet the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and/or LCSWs as required by the APA and California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

This webinar will focus on a special protocol that integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schemas to work with individuals to help them strgengthen their relationships. You will learn how to apply the six core ACT processes to help clients interpersonally by identifying 10 core interpersonal schemas (primary pain) that trigger key schema avoidance strategies (experiential avoidance) and result in interpersonal dysfunction (secondary pain).
